Dear Parents and Carers,
The Prep teachers are very excited to announce the arrival of our class PETS!
We have Elka the Echidna, Bella the Bilby and Calvin the Cockatoo that will be taking it in turns to come home with each child.
The
prep students need to write about what they did with their pet friends and they can draw a picture or add a photo if they want to.
The pets are coming home in bags with a diary. Please take care of these as they need to make it around to all the preps in a
clean and orderly condition.
This is an opportunity for you to spend a bit of time having a go at sounding out words with your child
and see how there writing is progressing.
Students will have the pet for 2 nights. Return days will be Monday, Wednesday and
Friday, so please assist students to return them on time so the next student doesn’t miss out.
